Deliveries & Returns
Delivery is free everywhere in France. For the French Overseas Territories and foreign countries, delivery costs €9.
Processing your order, manufacturing the products, quality control and shipping (free) takes approximately 7 to 15 business days. Most of our products are directly imported from India where they are handcrafted.
Certainly, delivery times are a little longer than on other e-commerce giants, but By ordering from Univers Bouddhiste, you are helping a French company as well as the artisans who make the different products.
There may sometimes be additional delays, beyond our control. In this case, we will notify you directly by e-mail.
If you have ordered several items, receipt may be delayed. In fact, to speed up the delivery process, your items are shipped as soon as they are ready.
In accordance with the law, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of the package to return your item.
Return costs are your responsibility. The item must be in its original condition and in its packaging for the return to be accepted.
